Storyline 2 - Trigger does not work!

Hello,

today I installed the test Trial of 360 to see what is new. I tested it to a new Project. Everything fine (so far).

Later this afternoon I opened my SL2 Project in SL2. Now, I cannot add or edit any trigger and I have to close the application (SL2) via Task-Manager.

If my colleague opens the Project (also with SL2) he can add and edit triggers. So, I assume that the Problems occures due to the 360 test-Trial. Therefore I removed the 360 -> still same Problem.

Reinstallation of SL2, again -> still same problem. Triggers cannot be added.

Could you please help me? I have to finish the Project over the Weekend.

Hi Christine and welcome to E-Learning Heroes :)

Curious if the issue happens in any course you are working on or just this particular one?

If you cannot re-create the issue in a new course, I would advise to import the file into a new one and proceed.

If it's happening in any/all files, you should certainly conduct a repair of your software.
