I need help. I have recently created an elearning package and within the package is a video. Now the video plays automatically when going onto the slide however it freezes half way through. What could be the cause of this?
Adam. Is your video embedded or streaming via web object. If it's the former I'd suggest checking the file to ensure it isn't broken. If it isn't broken then delete it within SL and re-insert. If you are streaming then the issue is with the connection to the file; either the service or server, or the connection to it.
One more thing: make sure you don't have any triggers for pausing the timeline at that point. JAT.

Hi there Adam,
Along with Michael's suggestions, I would recommend attaching your file if you can share it. I'd like to test it on my end, as well. Thanks!
Hi Jat,
I had embedded the file as an MP4 and its 4 minutes long. Do you think that deleting and re uploading the video will sort the issue out?
Many thanks

Hi Adam,
Yes, it's worth a shot! You may also want to try to insert the video into a new, empty Storyline file to see if the same thing happens there.
If you're still getting stuck, feel free to attach your file or send it privately here.
Also, it looks like your email signature came through when you replied via email! No worries, this Peek video will show you how to remove it. :)
