I have a number of Storyline 2 modules published and loaded on to an SAP LMS, all of which are unable to currently play video content back. I get an install flash player message in Chrome and the eternal loading ring in Firefox. This particular environment does not have Flash player set up as a matter of security however I would have thought the html5 output would work.
Has anyone else had any trouble with media playback on an SAP environment?
I'm not familiar with SAP, but hopefully others in the community will be able to chime in and assist here. Typically we advise comparison testing by uploading the content to SCORM Cloud to see if you are able to replicate the issue. If so, we would want to take a look.
Be sure that you are viewing the content in the intended environment when publishing and sharing and to utilize a supported viewing environment as specified here.
