We just upgraded to Storyline 2 and now when we publish for HTML5 and Mobile devices, our video won't display on Firefox or iPad (I haven't tried Android yet). The video will display in Chrome and Safari and Internet Explorer.
We're streaming the video from Kaltura using a standard iFrame embed code.
For some reason, Firefox and the iPad load a Page Not Found webpage into the video frame instead of the Kaltura video. I've tried different embed code variations including HTTPS support to no avail. However, if I access the story.html file directly from the hard drive, Firefox WILL play back the Kaltura video.
