I have my content published using web output but all my content cannot be pause when I clicked on the pause button. It just keep continue playing and the button also turns back to pause icon button (which I can't even pause it).
I have my content published ticked in all setting under "Publishing for HTML5 and mobile devices".
This problem only occurs when I try to view as story.html but it changes to story_html5.html file instead, in the url link. But no such problem if view in story.swf file.

Is it because the file was upgraded from SL1 to SL2? Even in LMS ouput, the pause is not functioning as well.

It looks like the issue is with the actions on the master slides. I deleted all the actions and unwanted slides and now its working. See attached.
I am sure, other master slides action will be used for other (deleted) slides but you need to check the actions of all slides.
