Storyline 2 will publish new projects but it won't let me republish a project that I edited. I have uninstalled twice and no luck. I really need help urgently; It's Saturday morning and this project is due to a client on Monday. Can anyone help me?
Thanks. Yes, I've taken the project and cut and paste it into a new project and it runs very quickly through the publishing bar and then - nothing. I have uninstalled and reinstalled 3x's.
The strange thing is that if I go in and create a new project (no imported slides) and put in a video and some audio - It works just fine. I think it's got to be something so simple that I'm doing wrong but I don't know what it is.
I have 3 separate modules. I zipped them and uploaded to our LMS on Friday with no problem. I saw some errors and went back and corrected them to reload. But those projects will not publish again.
There is only one module that I really need corrected. I might take you up on your offer - that was very nice of you.
I'm going to take you up on your generous offer to publish a module for me. If I add the attachment below will it go directly to you or will the whole community have access to view it?
I contacted support over 24 hours ago and uploaded a module but have not heard back. I even put down $79 to get live help but they were not scheduling until Monday for a Go To Meeting session.
You know the sound Articulate makes when you have successfully published "Ding" - happiest sound in the world. I'm good. Don't know what I did but that sound was better music then a symphony. Thank you Matthew - you are a good guy!

I didn't try "importing" the slides, I cut and pasted them. Let me try importing and see if that works.
