Is there any reason I can't output my course to MS Word. When I publish it to Word I get an error message (see attachment). I have Office 2013 installed on my computer.
Are you on the most recent update of Storyline 2 (Update 11)? If not, you'll want to go ahead and update your software. If you are using Update 11 and you're still having trouble, I'd also suggest conducting a repair of Storyline and the supporting Windows software.
Finally, reach out to our support engineers if you can't get past this issue using the steps I mentioned, and they'll work with you one-on-one based on your particular set-up.
