Storyline 2 won't run on my computer as of this morning! Sep 25, 2017 By Gordon Mitchell Hello, Has anyone else received an error message when trying to run Storyline 2 as of Sept 24, 2017. I have Windows 10 and received the following message: This app can't run on your PC. To find a version for your PC, check with the software publisher. Thanks for any help anyone could offer.

Our Support Engineers will reach out to you shortly, but I have a few initial questions in the meantime: Are you on the latest update of Storyline 2? What version of Windows 10 are you running? Go to Settings >> System >> About Have you tried these troubleshooting steps yet?
