I got a response, but the "fix" doesn't work. I replied to the CS
Engineer. Still waiting for him/her to get back to me. I have a
work-around from our IT guy, but he's not familiar with the software, and
doesn't want to go into the registry and start deleting stuff.

Lets just say, I'm not a happy camper.
