Slide transitions aren't showing after publishing in Storyline 3

Hi Katie, thank you for your response! I'm using several transition types and none of them are showing when published. I'm publishing for LMS and am using MS Edge.

Should I try it in another browser?

Thanks for those extra clues! It sounds like the Microsoft limitation is at play here.

Why?

HTML5 support in Internet Explorer and classic versions of Microsoft Edge lags behind other major browsers. This is because those browsers do not support 'masking' animations in HTML5 content. 

What's Next?

Here are some ways to avoid this restriction:

• Install the chromium version of Microsoft Edge, which supports masking animations
• Switch to another desktop browser that supports masking animations: Chrome, Firefox, or Safari
