Storyline 3/360 - Course crashes on iPad Safari

We are experiencing course crashing issue on iPad. My Team-member (Mahesh Mahajan) has already posted it on below discussion with screenshots and we went through reply from Justin Grenier (STAFF):
The crashing is random and crashing can occur at any time but seems to occur well into the course and often when clicking the previous button revisiting screens. But, it has crashed before finishing the course as well and when clicking Next.
We have tested it from WAMP & Uploaded to Scorm Cloud
Tested using below devices:
- iPad Mini 9.3
- iPad Air IOS 8
- iPad Air IOS 10
Storyline 3/360 version intermittently crashes at random slides.
We have already missed our initial deadline. There is course Go-Live on 3rd October 2017. Our client is not accepting the course delivery with this issue.
Please let me by when this issue will be resolved.
