After Flash is out of service now some components of SL is also not working like Audio is not playing in timeline mode which helps us in Audio Syncing Need Articulate Support here. I am also adding the screenshot of the error.

Both Storyline 3 and Storyline 360 are now Flash-free, so you shouldn't be running into any timeline preview issues because of Flash.
Is it possible that you're on an older version of Storyline 3? Previous versions before Update 8 contained Flash elements. Read about that here.
If so, take a moment to repair it with the latest update to ensure there are no Flash dependencies. If you're running into this issue with Storyline 360, connect with our team, and they can lend you a hand with figuring out why this is happening!

You can See in the screenshot Player is in play mode however the Playhead is not moving.
