If we're back to square one, could you help me gather these details?
What happens to the affected slides when you try to preview them—does Storyline crash, unresponsiveness, or something else?
Are you comfortable with sharing the .story file for testing? You can share it privately through this link. We'll take a thorough look at the slides and let you know what we find!
Thanks-- as noted, I've already tried the repair route to no avail The slides simply show the spinning loading icon, both in Preview and in Published states Can't share the file-- sorry!
Corrupt elements in a course typically won't preview and show a spinning icon. If some slides won't preview, one approach is to remove elements untiltheypreview successfully.
Just a note that we are happy to help you through this process and can sign an NDA if that works for you. Simply let our Support team know ⤶
