Storyline 3 - Changing data captured in screen recording

Hi All,

I have recorded a system process that needed to include logging into a system with the intention of using the View, Try and Test modes, however this has captured my actual Username and Password (needed to use them to log on) 

Is there a way to change the data/variable recorded (my Username and my Password) so that when the learners access the Try and Test modes, they have to enter dummy data (e.g Username to = ****** and Password to = Password)? These are separate variables on the slides.

When I look at the variables created by the screen recording, for the Password it shows the following on the relevant slide within Try and Test scenes:

 

• Used by a shape trigger on "Text Entry" on "3.6 Type ***********" in "3 Try Scene"

 

        Trigger Text: "Set TextEntry1 equal to the typed value   When the control loses focus "

 

 

• Used by a shape trigger on "Text Entry" on "4.6 Text Entry" in "4 Test Scene"

 

        Trigger Text: "Set TextEntry3 equal to the typed value   When the control loses focus "
