Storyline 3: Failed to Import PowerPoint Presentation

Hello, I cannot seem to get my Presenter 13 piece to import into Storyline 3.  I keep getting an error and I am referred to the following page. https://articulate.com/support/article/Storyline-3-Failed-to-Import-PowerPoint-Presentation  I have tried everything and so far no luck.  I am using Office 365 on Windows 10. 

Has anyone else had this issue? If so, can you point me in the right direction?

Sorry you're hitting a snag during the import, Susan.

Smart call to start with these troubleshooting steps. I see you also opened a support case where my teammate, Eric, is ready to track the culprit down! 

Here's the unique upload link from your case if you could share the PowerPoint file privately with him. He'll run some tests, and will delete it when the puzzle is solved! 🔎
