Storyline 3 installation error

Hi Samwit.  I'm sorry the installation is just hanging!  Let's try a few things, and if they don't work, we'll get you into a support case.

1. Stop that current process with Task Manager and reboot your machine.
2. Download another version of the installation file here.  You might want to consider getting the .zip version.
3. Once that new file is saved locally to your machine, please right click it and choose to Run as Administrator.
