I'm publishing a Storyline 3 file to SCORM1.2 and uploading to Moodle, and also to Review my eLearning. In both tools I'm seeing a double vertical scrollbar. The settings for publishing are as per the attached image.
Yikes, I can't say I've seen that before! Thanks for those helpful screenshots. Do you see the same thing when you upload the published output to SCORM Cloud?
I can help you with that testing if you'll share your file with me. Just attach it right here in this thread!
Thanks for sharing your file and allowing us to take a look.
Are you seeing that behavior in my published output here? I was unable to duplicate in SCORM Cloud.
If you are not seeing the issue, I would advise following up with your LMS team. I know we have many Moodle users in the forums as well, so they may be able to help too.
I'm experiencing a triple scroll bar issue in the most current versions of Chrome and Firefox. LMS is D2L - we have not upgraded to Daylight yet . Content is exported Rise training 1.2 SCORM package.
When I test in SCORM cloud everything looks fine - just one scroll bar.
Oh no Amberlynn! Sorry to hear that you've run into an issue with this, but I certainly appreciate you letting us know the results of your SCORM Cloud testing.
Hopefully someone in the community will be able to chime in and assist you here and I would recommend reaching out to D2L as well to ask.
Sorry to hear that you've run into an issue with this as well. Did you test your course in SCORM Cloud as well and confirm it's only happening in your LMS?
As you can see from this thread, I've not had any updates to share with you here.
Hopefully the users are still subscribed and can pop in to update us.
If you are able to replicate, please feel free to share your .story file so that we can take a look.

Hi Leslie
I am seeing the double scrollbars in your example in Chrome, though not in IE...
I didn't check my own course in Moodle in IE - the scrollbar issue does not occur in Moodle in IE either - looks like a Chrome issue...
Thanks for that information Andrew.
Curiouser and curiouser...
What version of Chrome are you utilizing? When you click the link that I shared above and enter the course, are you seeing the flash or html5 version?
As you can see from my image, I'm not seeing the double scroll bars in Chrome Version 59.0.3071.115

Has anyone figured this out?

Having exactly the same problem in our LMS system. The LMS provider claims this only happens with Articulate SCORM packages...
