I am new to Storyline. I created my first video and published it to my web. I (the seat license holder) can view the video without issue. The users (non-license holders) click on story.html link and only see the actual html code. HELP!
Since you published for Web, you'll want to host the output on a web server before you send it to anyone for review. That will ensure that everything in the output works correctly!
If you don't have a web server, Tempshare is fantastic for temporary use. Simply click-and-drag the output file into Tempshare, and voilà! Now you have a link you can send to anyone.
