Storyline 3, no sound after publishing

Sorry to hear about your difficulties with the published course. I would suggest you try out the course by uploading it to cloud.scorm.com and testing it on another browser or PC. There are also a few times where the tab on the browser you are using is muted for the site.

• What version of Storyline are you using? You can find this detail by clicking on the Help tab, then About Storyline.
• Are you working from and saving to a local C: drive? Using network and shared drives can result in similar issues, so I like to rule this out as the culprit.
• Did you publish the course for Web, LMS, or something else?

With your permission, I'd like to test your .story file in a similar environment to try to replicate the issue. If that works for you, here's where you can share the file privately with me. I'll let you know what I find, and will delete it after troubleshooting.
