After publishing for web, I can see the interactions on desktop, but on mobile I get 'this plugin is not supported'.
I hope there is a fix for this issue!
Thanks
Lesley
PS. I am testing out storyline 3 to replace presenter 13 as the mobile app is not keeping up with new phones - for example my samsung 'edge' design cuts the next button off so much it does not work. a few others have complained to me about this. Also the launch page looks rubbish...all distorted.
The sound not auto playing also sounds familiar to a fix we released for Storyline 2 - but I know you mentioned using Storyline 3, and I haven't seen the same issue there yet.
Can you share a copy of your .story file with us and a link to where you're hosting the file?

Hi Lesley!
Sorry to hear that you ran into difficulty with this. That certainly would be frustrating, but let's see if I can help.
Are you publishing and utilizing the Articulate Mobile Player? The Engage Interactions are not supported in this environment as you can see here.
Our HTML5 output was completely re-done and you can check out a video here.
Try publishing without selecting AMP and see what you think :)
Hi Leslie.
That did the trick. Looks much better not using the player!
However, the play/pause controls on my android phone are non-responsive and no sound launches when the video starts rolling.
I finally managed to pause and play again – then the sound started.
Has anyone else had this issue?
Kind regards
Lesley

Hi Lesley!
Well, glad we got the first one taken care of at least :)
Are you viewing the content in Chrome on your Android phone? That would be the supported environment.
You mention the play/pause controls. Is that for your entire course or are you referring to video controls?
Hi Leslie.
Sorry for the delay.
Yes I am using Chrome. And Android version 7.
RE: You mention the play/pause controls. Is that for your entire course or are you referring to video controls?
Yes, the video controls – the buttons.
Kind regards,
Lesley
