Storyline 3 NOT responsive on mobile device

HELP! I'm on a deadline! :)
I created a course in Storyline 360, used the Modern Player and published for LMS (HTML5). My problem is that, when viewed on a cell phone, it is not responding with the size of my device. I want the user to view the course without having to resize it by pinching and expanding.
When looking up solutions to this problem, I found this article (paragraph) in the FAQs:
The responsive player automatically displays when you view Storyline 360 and Studio 360 HTML5 courses on tablets and smartphones. It fluidly responds to the screen size and orientation of any mobile device for the best viewing experience, hiding sidebar menus, eliminating browser chrome, and delivering mobile-friendly playback controls. No extra work required. Just publish your course and let the player do all the work for you.
So, according to that, it should work fine, right? What am I doing wrong/forgetting?

What browser are you currently using on your phone? Could be a browser issue, sometime I have to clear history.
The only other thing I could think of is to go to the player properties> under the Other option (looks like a gear icon)< select/check the Launch player in new window and make sure resize browser to optimal size is selected. Then try and publish it out again
Working on getting a screenshot. My problem with RISE is that I need the course to be narrated and RISE doesn't start the audio automatically. :(
