I have a course in which the user can review the quiz answers and then opt to retake the quiz if they wish to. Results slide has a Review Button option and then also a retake button.
If you review the answers and then try and retake the test it appears to reset the questions but you cannot select an answer.
Is anyone else experiencing this or know how to get around it?
Hi Lorraine! Do you have your story file you can share for someone to see how you have things set up? It could be that your properties for the quiz question slides are set to "Resume to saved state" when revisiting rather than "Automatically decide".
Thanks for responding. The question slides were originally set to "Automatically Decide" but after the questions were reviewed and the button selected to retake the test, we weren't able to input the answer to the questions.
On Slide 2.18 where you have the "Retake Test" slide, you need to move the trigger "Reset results 2.17 Results when user clicks" above "Jump to 2 Test when user clicks". That should solve your issue. The order is causing it to execute the triggers incorrectly.

Hi Shannon

Here you go.

Thank you. I will check this out and let you know how I get on. Have a great weekend.
