You can refer to this comprehensive article:https://community.articulate.com/series/articulate-storyline-360/articles/articulate-storyline-360-user-guide-how-to-publish-a-course-for-web After you successfully Publish to Web, a dialog box will appear, choose Open. It will open the save location folder where the project is published. Open the HTML file using the browser of your choice. You can send this folder to your Manager and he can run/test/view your project on his web browser locally. Hope this helps. Please let me know what you think.
