Ever since I updated to Storyline 3 from Storyline 2, the application runs very sluggish on my computer. Storyline 2 seemed to work fine, but this version is pretty slow. Anyone know what the issue is?
It sounds like you've got enough space and are set up for success on that machine (a few other things to check here). It sounds like you're seeing this happen with all your Storyline files, so I'd want to have you work one-on-one with our Support Team so that they can dig deeper into the cause.

i am working on storyline 3 in my laptop its working very slow even its taking to much time to edit text.
my laptop configuration are:
HP LaptopNotebook 15
processor: Intel (R) Core (TM) i3-5010U CPU @ 2.10GHz
Ram 12 GB
Hard disk: 1TB
