Storyline 3 - Scrolling Panel Woes

Hi Trevor,

I do see that we have an issue reported for Storyline 2 where the text entries inside scrolling panels can cause problems with the focus starting at the bottom of the panel, but we don't have anything reported for Storyline 3. 

Do you have a sample file you could share with me? I'd like to take a closer look at what's going on. Thanks!

This issue is affecting me too, i don't have a sample file to share but if you put a text entry into a scrolling panel, publish as opposed to preview, you should replicate the issue.

Also i have another issue with scrolling panels if you publish in HTML 5 the scrolling panels increase significantly in size. Publish in Flash and they're exactly as they should be.

I did try both the HTML5 and Flash outlet for the scrolling panel issue which starts at the bottom.

I also tried to put the start point of the scrolling panel at the bottom, to see if when i published it, it did the opposite and shown the top of the panel (No joy!) 

Any ideas?

Hey Lewis! I'll try and recreate this problem in a sample file. Can you help me with a few details?

• What version of Storyline are you using?
• Are you on the most recent update of that version?
• Are you testing the published output locally or in it's intended environment?
