Storyline 3 - surface pro - trial period

Hi all,
I have the following problem with Storyline 3. Last Saturday I installed the trial version in my surface pro. I changed the screen settings and it was working. The problem is that when I tried to access it again on Monday (just 3 days after the installation) I got the message that the free trial has expired. I had it in my machine for 3-4 days only. I understand that the free trial period is 1 month. Any advice? I uninstalled it from surface pro. Is there any way to install it again and try it in my laptop?

Sorry that you ran into that odd behavior! I'll open up a Support case for you so that we can take a look at your history and extend the trial.

Looking forward to continue the trial. I installed Storyline 3 from the surface and I intend to install it to my laptop.
