As you may already know, converting Text to Speech is an exclusive feature to Storyline 360. If recording your own voice is a definite no-go, then you may look into the possibility of using third-party services to convert your Text to Speech. If you’re able to produce an audio output using such services, you may then import the file to your project by following this guide about Adding audio files in Storyline 3.
You may also want to check out this article about Storyline features which comes handy when you want to confirm or compare features with your Storyline version. Hope this helps.

You can use a service like https://www.voki.com/site/create, and then record the avatar or just the sound :-)
Thanks for the input.
