Our site recently upgraded to newest Storyline 3 version. Now my slide that has buttons to display layers is misbehaving. When I click the button to display the layer, I hear the audio from the layer but see the base layer. What would cause this and is there an easy fix other than recreating the layers? - Thanks.

To start, are you comfortable with sharing the .story file for testing? It'll help us look into what might have happened to your settings during the update, and we'll delete it from our machines after.
Thanks Katie, Unfortunately I can not share the file. I created a new slide and copied the layers into it and it still had problems. There are 15 layers. I finally split it up into four slides (the design lends itself to this). That worked for the most part. One of the slides had worked and then it started having Long running script issues. I rebuilt it yet again. And it now seems to be working. It is confusing and hard to figure out when it worked and then after upgrade it doesn't and for no apparent reason.
I appreciate the update, Valerie. I'm glad to hear that it's working for you now. We know it's tough to track down the culprit when it cannot be consistently replicated.
