Storyline 3 window

Hi all, my computer monitor has a resolution of 1920 x 1200 and I'm getting some really weird behaviours from storyline on it. If I maximise the programme, and then lose focus from it, by swapping to a different programme, or minimise storyline to the taskbar, It won't open up maximised again, and it takes me about 3 clicks to get it back to where it should be.
I've attached a short mp4 to show you what I mean.
It's very frustrating, and I'd be very grateful if anyone has any suggestions on what's going on, or how I can fix this... I've logged a call as well, but wondered if anyone here may have ideas..

I'm so sorry you've run into this. I see that Wilbert reported it to our team as a possible bug based on the examples and explanation you shared - so we'll update you as a part of your support case and here in the forums to let you know of any changes.

I've had feedback from the other member of our development team, who also has this problem, so it's not just me :) Just one of those things you sort of live with until it gets too frustrating I guess. Not a major issue, but would be great to get fixed.

Thanks Paul and I know at least one other person reported it too. I'll let you know once we've got some more info to share.
Also, just an FYI, it looks like your email signature came through when you replied via email! No worries, this Peek video will show you how to remove it using the Edit button.
Thanks Ashley, I hadn't noticed, the address details come through, I've removed them :-)
No worries - only when you respond via email. But you can always remove them, or leave them if you'd like. We just like to make people aware!
