Storyline 3 won't open & no network drive access

Hi, 

I have been having an issue with Storyline 3 not opening.

I have read previous posts with this issue and the solution is to run it as an administrator, close then open as normal and this should fix the issue. I have tried doing that and I can run it as an administrator but when closing and opening, the issue isn't fixed. 

Another thing is that I am unable to see the mapped network drives when running as administrator unless I directly type their IP address. 

Any suggestions?

Are you getting an error message of any type when trying to open the software?

It sounds like you are simply having trouble with your software in general, so I would advise you follow the steps here to see if you can get back to good.
