Hi! I have created approx. 9 modules in Storyline 2 and converted to 3 without issue. I just created my first module in Storyline 3 using the exact same method (record screen option in Articulate, then zoom-in feature). The zoom-in is clear when I am viewing my module, NOT posted in our Cornerstone LMS. Once I publish it in our LMS - every single zoom-in screen is blurry. I have tried different player settings, even using the same ones that I did with the other modules that are NOT blurry - but I get the same results....any ideas?
I am not sure about the Scorm Cloud as I only view in LMS. Prior to me uploading it in our LMS it appears as normal. We use IE 11 and that is the only browser we use in our Citrix environment.

Sorry to hear that you've run into an issue with this.
Does the issue occur if you view the course in SCORM Cloud or is the issue limited to your LMS?
Is it a particular browser or across all browsers?

I should add that I am not 'zooming in' on screen shots but rather step by step movement recorded by Articulate using 'Record Screen'.
