I'm so sorry you're having trouble, but let's figure out "what" went wrong!
Did you install this week's update 17 (released June 19th)? Can you tell me anything about your slide or .story file that is crashing and showing that error?
I know a few folks have run into an issue with slides that use arrow shapes, and those slides aren't playing back in preview/publish. If that sounds like your setup - our team is actively working on a fix for that, and I can let you know as soon as it's ready!
If that doesn't sound like your set up, are you seeing this on all your files? If so, I'd start with a repair of Storyline. The steps are pretty easy to follow here.
