When we publish the AICC package from storyline 360 and try to upload and launch the course on Moodle LMS, we are facing some challenge. After spending so much time on google, we are able to upload the course on Moodle but unable to launch the course. It's showing some error in the "course.js" file. See the attachment. This mentioned file belongs to the moodle structure, not from the storyline360.
However, we are able to upload and launch the course from the Scorm Cloud LMS but there is some issue with the data tracking and completion on Scorm Cloud.
this sounds like https://tracker.moodle.org/browse/MDL-46639 which is fixed in all currently supported Moodle releases.. I suspect you haven't upgraded your Moodle site for a while and are now using an unsupported.
