I have a learner who is having problems with the test hanging at the end of the module built in Storyline 360 and he is using a MAC. He says he has the latest FireFox web browser and cannot complete the module.
I also work in Mac's version of Firefox. Do you know what update of Firefox they're working in? What stops the user from completing the course? Are you hosting it within an LMS, web server, somewhere else?
If you want to share a link to the test here, I'm sure myself and a few others could test it out too.
