This is a rewrite to my previous deleted request for assistance (clarity needed). Anyways, I followed all steps for publishing my Storyline 360 course for review. I published in Review 360, checked enable comments, selected "allow users without IDs to comment," copied the link, and emailed the link to reviewers. None of the reviewers are members of our Articulate account and they were asked to login to Articulate. Also, no one can enter comments.
Are there issues with Review 360 or did I omit a step? Hope you can provide assistance. Thank you!
That checkmark is an icon so it may look like it's enabled, but you need to click the enable comments button. See if that works.
Not sure why they are asked to sign in, but enable comments and then see if that gets rid of the other issue. If not, contact the support team and they can help. support@articulate.com

Thanks to the both of you for following-up and when I received the reply from the "Tom Kuhlmann," I felt really special. So, my confusion was, clicking "enable comments" actually me comments from reviewers are "disabled." We use this feature on a regular basis. Thanks again!
Hi Tom, I have the same issue. My colleagues without Storyline ID who suppose to review my project, are asked to log in when they try to comment. Please advise the solution. Thanks!
However, if an email address is tied to an Articulate ID and the reviewer isn't signed in, they'll see a prompt to enter their password and a Forgot Password option below. Here's a quick video demo of both scenarios.

Thank you for clarifying the issue about "enable comments."

Glad you got the help you needed, Paulette! Sorry for the confusion on enabling/disabling those comments, I'll be sure to share that with the team.

Greetings, Lina!
Checking the box to Allow users without Articulate IDs to comment should do the trick:
However, if an email address is tied to an Articulate ID and the reviewer isn't signed in, they'll see a prompt to enter their password and a Forgot Password option below. Here's a quick video demo of both scenarios.
Let me know how you go!
