Storyline 360 Animation

Hello There,

As you can see form the attached file we have 3 rules that effect the state of the spinning box.  When clicked for the first time it should go to the 'back' state.  When clicked again it should go to the 'front' state.  My understanding is every time the slide loads the state will be 'normal'.

We have tried to recreate the attached slide without looking at the original to get the effect, however we have been unsuccessful.  We can get it working when all three rules are active.  However the first rule must be first and it must be active otherwise the animation will only spin once.  We thought we could loop the back to front states using the rules, however, this does not work.

I suspect there is a rule regarding the 'normal' state that I do not know or understand.    Can anyone help as to why this rule is there and why it must be first for the animation to work.  

The original file is called 'My_Pet_Company_Branded_Prototype.story'.  I am sure I can find the download site if needed.
