I'm trying to edit the player in an Arabic course, and it keeps crashing. It would sometimes crash while I was was editing the slides too. I am working from my desktop, and have the correct font installed. Any ideas why this keeps happening? Attached is a screen recording of the issue.

I had a peek at your case where my teammate, Anna, discovered that the custom player became corrupt which caused Storyline to crash. Looks like importing the slides to a new file did the trick. Phew!
