We are experiencing an issue with our published Storyline modules where random assets like icons and exit buttons are disappearing from the slides when they are viewed on larger monitors. Everything seems to be fine when viewed on 15-inch laptop screens, but when viewed on larger screens elements begin to disappear, seemingly randomly. Has anyone ever experienced this before? If so, is there anything we can do to fix this? Any thoughts on why this might be happening? We have published these on a Moodle platform if that makes any difference.

We were seeing issues where slide objects would disappear in Chrome, and we've since released an enhancement in Storyline to prevent that from happening.
Are you on the latest update of Storyline 360? To check, click the Help tab, then click About Storyline. You should see 3.26.18364.0 in the bottom-right corner.
If you find you need to update your software, follow these steps, then republish your file.
