I tested one course on IPAD and the "audio not playing". The issue repeats if you relaunch the course from LMS and it plays again only if you select the screen from the menu or click the replay button?
Could you provide the solution for the issue? or is it tool limitation?

I had this problem before. The only way around it was to convert my audio to MP4 and put the video (blank white video with sound) on the baselayer behind everything to hear the audio. That will work.

If you are importing MP3 files - also try converting them to WAV, import those and then let Storyline compress them. If that doesn't work, sadly, you'll have to probably do it the way I had to. Good luck!

It appears that an update in November fixed this, although I haven't tried republishing and testing yet.
