Thanks for reaching out and sharing what you are running into with your projects.

Since you mentioned that it's not just a single file that you are having issue with, but multiple files, I'd advise a repair of your software.

If you're not on the latest update to Storyline 360, which is Build 3.28.18944.0, then I'd advise updating and this will repair your software as well.
