STORYLINE 360 CAPTIONS FOR VIDEO Dec 15, 2017 By Adnan Djulsic Hi, I have a Problem with Storyline 360 and the Captions inside Video. I prepare caption inside Closed Captions Editor, save it and when I run preview the caption is not shown. Any hints how to Show caption inside Video?

Can you have a look at your Player Properties? Make sure you have enabled the closed caption button, and when you preview the course, let me know if when you toggle the CC button if those captions still don't appear.
