When inserting images into Storyline, my photos don't look the same as my stock image. The tones look muted (see attached sample). At first I thought it was the image itself, but it's just Storyline (the image looks fine in the download folder). I haven't run into this issue before and no one on my team has either. Can someone please let me know if there's a solution?
This is happening to me too. I reported it yesterday, when I first noticed it. It's going to be a big issue with the current project I'm working on because it's changing the colour of a wiring guide legend. I didn't realize that it has been going on almost a year.
Thanks Leslie - it turns out that our art department was using different "Color profiles" for some images. They look the same in many programs (photoshop, browsers, windows preview), but you can see the difference in Storyline and Adobe Bridge. It was an easy fix to turn off that option in photoshop.

Hi Lisa!
That's certainly strange! I'm not sure what would cause the image to import with muted colors.
Does the same thing happen when you import the image into a new blank Storyline 360 file?
Our Support Engineers can lend a hand with testing, too! Just send us your original image file here, and we'll take a closer look.

Thanks, Terry. I see that Gerald was able to work with you directly and reported the issue. I've attached this conversation to the report as well.

Hi Terry,
Glad to hear it was an easy fix! Thanks for jumping in to share your experience and how it was sorted out!
