Hello. I have created some characters in a Storyline project that I am trying to change to a different character. However, when I select a different character, the image will not update. In the timeline it looks as if the image updated as it shows the name of the new character. I am uncertain why the image is not updating. Any insights?
Hi Wendy. Thank you for your response. I did follow the steps shown in the video you attached and all it changes is the name of the character on the timeline and not the image itself. I have attached one of the slides where I am experiencing this problem. Thank you for your help!
Is this happening in the latest version of Storyline? We did some work around replacing characters so I believe you shouldn't have issues in update 30. Please let me know if you are still seeing an issue in the latest update.
Hi Annie. Thank you for your response! I am currently on version/update 28. Seeing that there is an update available I am having this version updated to the latest version. I'll reply again letting you know if the issue is still occurring or not.

hard to say without seeing the file - can you share it and perhaps a quick peek video of the steps you are using.

Are you working from your local C: drive?
Do you have your resolution set to 100%
