Yesterday I upgraded from a trial license to permanent license received from my employer. The temporary license was working just fine, but when I tried the new license today the program closes down on me as soon as I begin editing a storyline file. The problem happens on both new and existing storyline files. I've tried uninstalling and re-installing storyline but this has not fixed the problem.

Currently running version 3.48.24159.0
I don't know what version the trial version was but it ran fine.
