Storyline 360 Course buffering Issue

I have several clients complaining that when they experience buffering issues in during taking the course it restarts to the beginning. Anyone else have this issue?

Thanks for reaching out and sharing what your clients are experiencing! It sounds like this isn't related to any single course or environment. May I ask how you're publishing the files and how the clients are hosting Storyline courses?

It would help to test a couple of the problematic files, so I recommend sharing them with our support team to dig deeper into the issue and see where the hold-up is!
