Storyline 360 course will not import into Success Factor LMS

I'm trying to import a Storyline 360 course into Success Factor LMS. Every time I try to import I get this error: 

"The parser could not validate the SCORM Import file due to the following reason(s). Proceeding with the import may incompletely import the file, or the file itself may be corrupt. You may choose to continue with the import at your own risk.
Error on line 2: cvc-elt.1: Cannot find the declaration of element 'manifest'."

I know the LMS is correctly published because the course uploads and functions correctly in the Cloud SCORM test site and Cloud SCORM and states that the manifest is perfect.

I've read where it was suggested to manually edit the imsmanifest.xml file and replace the 
 character with a line feed. That'll stop the error message from popping up. I tried that and when I imported the course again, I received a different error that the "file has no content".

Please advise.

BTW: I've tried uploading a Studio '13 course and that worked fine.
