Storyline 360 courses in Blackboard App

Hi there, 

We have using a non-Scorm Uploader way to embed storyline courses in Bb.  Note:  Gathering the SCORM data has not historically been a priority.

• Upload the package to the institutional level content library
• Get the XID, wrap it in an <p><iframe>, and add it to the course through Add Item>HTML window.  

I decided to do some testing on mobile because we are developing new interactions.  The course that is added as I note above will not load in the app.  It just spins.   One of our developers decided to add it just as a link by using an <ul><li>to the link.  That did launch - on desktop in a new window and I cant quite be sure but seems like it is doing something similar in the app.

Then we added to SCORM uploader and uploaded as a proper SCORM package.  That is giving me a "We can't open this assessment in the app.  Please access your course on a desktop browser to open the assessment".  Note:  This is not a graded assessment.  

Any ideas what is going on?  Will reach out to Bb also.
