Is there a max file size or something? Or a way to reduce the file size? I assume that is why SL keeps crashing whenever I record screens. Does anyone have another reason?
The crashing has happened on more than one course. I record the screens and once I click done on the recording screen the entire app shuts down. It does not save any work that I may have done since the last save, and does not open as a recovered file. It basically opens to the last saved version.
If Storyline continues to crash, please let me know if you need help connecting with our Support Team. They can work with you one-on-one to pull error logs and crash reports.

Still crashing. How do you recommend I "repair" SL? I launched the app, but I don't understand step 2 https://articulate.com/support/article/How-to-Repair-Articulate-Storyline-360 . Where am I supposed to "hover or Storyline 360" on this screen?

No worries. I recorded a quick Peek 360 video to show you what that hover and drop down looks like.
The uninstall, reinstall seems to have corrected my crashing issue. Thank you for the help!

Sorry that is not the case. SL just crashed again while saving a recording. I'll continue with the support ticket i opened.
