I am new to Storyline and just completed the tutorial 03_F_drag_drop_interactions.
When I test my slide where I created the drag and drop interaction, it works fine up to when the submit button is clicked. If the answer is incorrect, (such as if an object that should be on the target is not) it does not allow me to then move the object into the drop target. It appears the interaction just ends with clicking the submit button*. If this was a real training, this would leave the user confused.
Is there a feature that allows the user to "resume" the interaction where they left off, after receiving feedback via the submit button, or do I need to create that? Any template or instructions to do so?
(*If I use the start over feature in preview, it of course, begins again.)
Try changing the number of attempts to unlimited. This will allow the user to remove the incorrect object from the drop target and replace it with another.
