I upgraded to Storyline 360 last Wednesday. Ever since I upgraded I get an error message every time I try to play the audio from the timeline which means I can't insert queue points.

Would you mind sharing one of your Storyline 2 slides here in this thread so we can test upgrading it to Storyline 360 on our end? Just use the Add Attachment button at the bottom of the reply window.

I was not sure how to just attach one slide. I hope this works. I have never opened this story since I upgraded so it is still a storyline 2 file.
Please let me know if you need me to do anything else as I ready want to get this fixed as soon as possible:)

Hi Christine - sorry, but I don't see any attachment here. Did you use the gray Add Attachment button within the forum thread reply window?
